  • This course emphasizes the unique healthcare needs of pregnant women, newborns, and their families, focusing on promoting optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes through evidence-based practice and compassionate care. 

Course Delivery: 

  • The course utilizes a combination of didactic lectures, hands-on skills labs, clinical simulations, case studies, group discussions, and clinical practicum experiences in maternal-child healthcare settings. 
  • Students will have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and develop clinical competencies in providing safe, competent, and compassionate care to pregnant women, newborns, and their families under the supervision of qualified nursing instructors and preceptors.
